I believe in people's ability to make positive changes in their lives and to heal and grow in meaningful ways. I enjoy being a psychologist because it's rewarding to witness and support individuals in this process. My style is collaborative, engaged, curious, understanding, and direct. I integrate a variety of therapeutic strategies into sessions depending on each client's needs.
My undergraduate degree is in Communications/TV/Film from Northwestern University. My masters and doctorate degrees are in clinical psychology from the Colorado School of Professional Psychology. I have completed additional specialized training in EMDR (EMDRIA certified therapist), eating disorders and existential-humanistic therapy. I am committed to continued professional growth and development through ongoing education, training and consultation on a broad range of topics.
I am a native Midwesterner who has loved living in Colorado for more than 20 years now. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family, rescue mutts, and a good laugh. I am committed to being authentic and fully present with my clients and work hard to help them achieve meaningful results.
